  • I would like to see the product directly and purchase it. Is there a physical store?
    There is no actual store, but if you visit Bingoya in front of Wakamatsu-Kawada Station on the Toei Oedo Line, you can show the products. In that case, please be sure to make a reservation by e-mail.
  • What should I do if the product is incorrect or damaged?
    We pay close attention to quality control and shipping, but if you find any mistakes, damage, stains, scratches, etc. on the product, please contact us within one week after the product arrives. Shipping fee We will replace it with a non-defective item as soon as possible at our expense. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if you contact us after that.
  • Can you reserve the product?
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the nature of the online shop, we do not accept product reserves. Product inventory fluctuates daily. Some products are in stock only and are not scheduled to be restocked, so if you have a favorite product, please buy it before it is sold out.
