This is a Tsuneishi papier-mâché figure made in Miyoshi, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is a work by the second-generation craftsman, Mineichi Miyamoto. This Tsuneishi papier-mâché dragon was the motif for the New Year's stamp in 2000.
 
 The previous owner has handwritten the purchase year (Showa 51, 1976) and price on the bottom.
 
 One corner is bent and has been taped to the bottom.
 
 It's not in very good condition, but it's rare and valuable.
